Room Upgrades -- there will be a 40GBP per room, per night fee for room upgrades to premium rooms (subject to availability). All upgrades must be requested directly to the hotel and are subject to availability.
Trip extensions -- If you would like to add extra nights on either end of the trip, please contact the hotel directly. The group rate will be honored for all nights adjacent to our trip, excluding December 30 & 31, 2025 (rate for those two nights will be the market rate for the holiday £308 for a single/£328 for a double). You can pay for extra nights directly to the hotel using a credit card. For additional nights booked outside of the core trip (Jan. 3, 2026-Jan. 13, 2026), a 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Late cancellations are fully chargeable for the first night.
Accommodations - A limited number of alternate room types may be available during our trip. Confirmation of rooms will be on an availability and request basis. Please let the hotel know as soon as possible if you will require rooms from any of the other room categories.
